Nothing will make us happier than to have happy clients However, we will offer a credit note or replacement if we have the item in stock in the unlikely event that the item is damaged upon delivery.

And return/send the products back to us within 7 working days.
All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging.
It will be your responsibility to return your parcel (please note that you have to cover these charges & catstuff.co.za will not be liable for loss or damage to the product until we receive it)
Email us the tracking number (It is important that we need to receive this email within 7 days of receiving your parcel)
Once we receive your return we will process it and should we need to send you a replacement item, we will send it to you within 4 working days via our courier service
We unfortunately do not offer returns and/or refunds in the case that you are simply not happy with and/or do not like the item.
As soon as we have received the original parcel with the items and we have agree that it was damaged, we will replace the items or alternatively offer you a credit note for the same value of the item/s,
Unfortunately for any custom / personalised orders as well as any items made to order, we cannot offer a refund and/or an exchange due to the nature of the specific order which won’t be able to be resold.
Please note that our gift vouchers are available for 1 year from the date of issue. Please ensure you spend it within that year period.
